Kajal Aggarwal is likely to sign on the Hindi remake of Thuppakki as well.It looks like the actress is the frontrunner for bagging the role opposite Akshay Kumar.Earlier Parineeti Chopra was also considered for the role.Sources say that the Hindi filmmakers have approached the actress to reprise the same role in the remake.Apparently,director Murugadoss is keen on getting Kajal on board as she has already essayed the character Nisha in the original and has done well.However,she is currently already working with Akshay Kumar for a B-town film and this is the only factor that is holding her back.Kajals spokesperson says,We are on talks with Murugadoss for the Hindi project.It is not confirmed yet.It will be finalised in a week.Probably that will be her next big film. We hear that Kajal has been approached to pair up with Shahid Kapoor in a B-Town flick.If things go her way,she will be signing two big B-town films and her focus will shift to Bollywood again.
