Madha Gaja Raja, shortly known as MGR, is directed by Sundar C and produced by Gemini Film Circuit. Apart from the leads and Santhanam, the film has a long list of support cast which includes Nithin Sathya, Sadagoppan Ramesh, Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood and Gayathri Rao.
Actress Sadha and Arya will be playing making special appearance in the film. Vijay Antony scores the music, Richard M Nathan cranks the Camera, editor duo Praveen K.L and Srikanth N.B does the editing.
Super Subbarayn handles the stunts, dance masters Brinda and Shobby choreograph for the songs written by PA Vijay and Annamalai. The film's audio will be released by Gemini Audio and the film will hit the screens on Pongal 2013.
