Did Samantha undergo plastic surgery?

Its not new for actresses to go for plastic surgeries.Now its Samantha who went for a nose job and a lip job.Samantha who is now acting in Gowtham Menon's yeto vellipoindi manasu.It appears that there some changes in her lips and nose in the recent movie posters released.Its not confirmed yet if she has undergone a plastic surgery but it looks like it.She is looking changed since the movie's audio release function.Now that Samantha is making plans to enter bollywood with Assi Nabey Poore Sau its seems more likely that the actress is doing this to withstand competition there.
